| 职位描述： |
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Marketing Team in China
- Develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing plan for China.
- Marketing budget control
- Support the businesses key customers with the marketing of their products in relation to supermarket store chains and consumers.
- Support the businesses key customers to develop and conduct Market Research on the China market
- Support key customers to develop the Product Portfolio and to position and launch new products.
- Support key customers to effectively promote their products and create marketing activities, stands and leaflets to support the sales team.
- Support the businesses customers in planning their distribution and logistic from the dairy, via distribution centers to the stores.
- Manage the whole product marketing process from production to delivery.
- Build marketing relationships and support to key customers in a defined segment.
- Organize product trainings for both internal employees and external customers
- Competence development for the staff in the Marketing Department
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing
- Extensive experience from a marketing of FMCG. Dairy Experience is an asset.
- Experience of managing a marketing team
- Experience of making marketing plan and budget
- Experience from market research, development of product portfolios and positioning and launching of new products
- Experience from planning and organizing marketing activities towards supermarket chains and consumers
- Ability to built relationships with key personnel that are at high levels within the customers organizations
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills
- Good communications skills
- Good presentation skills
